I realised that some of the blogs I visit do not allow me to leave any message on their chat box. No matter how many times I refreshed the page, it will still ends up with this:
"403 Forbidden
The following error occurred: Access denied by access control list. Could not open error file"
Hmm, I thought it was like a common problem for all at first, till one day, I accessed some again and it showed that others were able to leave messages on them. *Puzzled*
So, I'll like to ask you all, is this due to my computer/internet settings, the chat box's webby thingy, or, just because my sista is plain stupid? *Sniggle*

Ehehehe... I had that same problem too last time. It still does happen occasionally. Don't know why? But it should be okay in a few hours. Nothing to worry about!

ooooh Precious, we never had a problem like this with ours or anyone elses. I do hope you get it sorted, I have no answers as I am not very clever with this stuff. But my Jeannie says she feels for you so much, all this technology is soooooooooo frustrating. Once you get it sorted we will come and say Hi!

The Woman is a digit head software person so she said to ask if you have any software that might be blocking you. She says if you still have the problem to email me at perfecttosca@yahoo.com and she will try to help you sort it out.
A 403 error comes from your web browser and suggests that your browser has some kind of security settings that might be giving you some problems. Or your browser might have just had gas pains and will be all better after awhile. Let me know if you still can't get in and I will pass it on to the nutball.
I hope you get the problem sorted.

Its nothing to do with your internet/chatbox settings.
